We run regular Nordic Walking fitness classes, workshops and much, much more. Everyone is welcome young or old, fit or unfit. Never Nordic Walked before? "I took Peter's Nordic walking class last week, after a friend mentioned it was good. She was right. Peter's class is varied and includes balance, posture and coordination exercises as well as Nordic walking. I was really impressed at how he managed to tailor the class for every level of fitness. It was advertised as an easy session, but also catered for those who wanted to push themselves a bit more. I thoroughly enjoyed the hour, learnt some new exercises and will go again."
